Jesse Eisenberg would be thrilled to do Zombieland 2

Jesse Eisenberg has said that the cast of Zombieland would be "thrilled" to return for a sequel.

Director Ruben Fleischer and screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are working on a script for Zombieland 2 that will reunite apocalypse survivors Columbus (Eisenberg), Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin).

Eisenberg said of the follow-up: "I'd be very interested to read it but I think they haven't finished the script. We all, by we I mean the three other actors in the movie, really loved doing it and I'm sure would be thrilled to do another one."

The Social Network star Eisenberg added that it would be difficult to find an A-list actor to top Bill Murray's cameo from the first movie.

"We were so surprised that he showed up to do that, we didn't know until that morning [that he would do it]," he said. "It came together so fortuitously that it would be very difficult to exceed."
