Emma Watson has said she is already "scheming" to find a way to work with Harry Potter co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint again.
The stars of the hit film series have grown up together, working on the films over the last 10 years, but at the final world premiere in London's Trafalgar Square an emotional Emma revealed they are already looking to the future.
She said: "They are like my brothers. I really hope we'll find a way to work together again. We're already scheming so..."
JK Rowling who wrote the best-selling books which created the magical world, previously said this was the end of the series.
But after being moved by the thousands of fans who had travelled from all over the world for the premiere, she joked she might write another instalment.
Rowling teased: "Well if Dan phones me and begs in ten years I'll bang out a script for him! But I'm not thinking that's going to happen..."
One of the film's new stars, Arthur Bowen, who plays Harry Potter's son at the end of the film, held out some hope a new generation might keep the stories going.
He said: "We'll have to ask JK Rowling to write another book. She's going to be here tonight isn't she? We can ask her."
